Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service cum Spares Administrator to handle customer and OEM coordination, spare parts management, and service support activities. This role involves close interaction with European companies, requiring excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & OEM Coordination
  • Act as the main contact for customers and OEMs for service and spare parts requirements.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Inquiry Management & Quotation
  • Screen incoming inquiries for feasibility and completeness.
  • Prepare estimates, cost sheets, and arrange timely quotations as per company guidelines.
  • Import & Procurement
  • Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for importing materials.
  • Liaise with logistics partners for customs clearance and compliance with import regulations.
  • Order Execution & Follow-ups
  • Follow up with OEMs, suppliers, and customers for timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with site engineers for order execution.
  • Payment & Documentation
  • Follow up with customers for advance and balance payments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, shipments, and customs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in service/spares coordination (preferably in engineering/manufacturing).
  • Strong understanding of import procedures, customs clearance, and OEM management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and good attitude with adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
