Service Coordinator (Only ITI / Diploma)

About Us:

Xpert Crew, a mobile application by Tasktide Pvt. Ltd., is an on-demand home and commercial services platform connecting customers with skilled technicians like electricians, plumbers, AC mechanics, carpenters, cleaners, and more. We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Assign jobs to the right technicians through the Xpert Crew app.
• Maintain records of bookings, service updates, and payments.
• Ensure timely service completion and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding and guiding technicians when required.
• Should be willing to travel, if needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma (Electrician, Plumber, AC Mechanic, or related trades).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as an electrician, plumber, AC mechanic, or similar role.
• Gender Preference: Male candidates only.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage technicians and coordinate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and service workflows.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
