We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Trivandrum. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally. Assign jobs to the right technicians through the Xpert Crew app. Maintain records of bookings, service updates, and payments. Ensure timely service completion and customer satisfaction. Assist in onboarding and guiding technicians when required. Should be willing to travel, if needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: ITI / Diploma (Electrician, Plumber, AC Mechanic, or related trades). Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as an electrician, plumber, AC mechanic, or similar role. Gender Preference: Male candidates only. Skills Required: Good communication skills.
