As a Service Coordinator at Hindustan Hydraulics, your role will involve coordinating all service-related activities, managing service schedules, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely support and resolution of field issues. Your strong communication, planning, and multitasking skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth service operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate service engineers schedules and assign field visits. - Maintain daily service reports, job sheets, and pending issue trackers. - Communicate with customers regarding complaints, service updates, and feedback. - Ensure prompt response to customer calls and resolve issues efficiently. - Liaise with the production, spares, and logistics teams for parts and support. - Track warranty cases and maintain service records systematically. - Prepare MIS reports on service performance and downtime analysis. - Support the Service Manager in planning preventive maintenance schedules. Job Requirements: - Diploma Or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role. - Basic knowledge of hydraulics or machine tools is a plus (not mandatory).
