Job Description

The job involves ensuring that appropriate person-centred support arrangements are in place for each individual supported and reviewed, as per policy. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance strategies and documents, actively promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will also involve actively promoting and supporting inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and wishes. In addition, you will need to ensure that health and safety requirements are met within services and comply with Health & Safety Legislation. Collaborating with the Team Manager to plan and implement service development is also a key aspect of this position. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location is in person.
