Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day billing operations using company software.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and sales receipts.
• Maintain and update billing records accurately.
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams regarding orders and payments.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Maintain stock entry and basic accounts data.
• Ensure timely and error-free billing processes.
• Support office administration tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of billing and office software (Tally preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Teamwork and time management abilities.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
• Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers may apply)
• Gender: Male/Female
