As a Service Apartment Incharge for the Night Shift in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Guest Relations: You will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. - Staff Management: Supervise housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and other service employees effectively. - Operations: Oversee daily operations including cleaning, maintenance, and laundry to ensure smooth functioning. - Maintenance: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades as required. - Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accuracy in all transactions. - Safety and Security: Ensure that the building is safe and secure, complying with all fire and safety regulations. - Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors for services and supplies to maintain operational efficiency. - Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, staff, and management at all levels. - Lease Management: Manage tenant leases and renewals as necessary for the smooth operation of the service apartments.
