Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role as the liaison between customers and the service department. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service/repair needs. - Opening job cards and recording customer complaints accurately. - Providing repair and maintenance estimates. - Coordinating with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair. - Updating customers on service progress and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. - Explaining invoices and work done in simple terms to customers. - Handling customer complaints or queries professionally. Qualifications required for this full-time position include: - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repairs. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
