Job description for Automotive Service Advisor Key Responsibilities: 1) Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs and services. 2) Identify potential issues, conduct inspections, and may take test drives to confirm problems. 3) Develop work orders, discuss repair options with technicians, and recommend additional services. 4) Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates for repairs and services. 5) Schedule appointments, track vehicle status, and inform customers of changes or delays. 6) Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive service experience. 7) Manage parts inventory and order necessary components for repairs. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
