Key Responsibilities: Warranty Claim Processing: Review and verify warranty claims submitted by service advisors and technicians. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to manufacturer warranty guidelines. Submit claims to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for approval and reimbursement. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain records of all submitted and approved/rejected warranty claims. Ensure proper storage of job cards, photos, parts, and invoices for audit purposes. Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with OEM representatives regarding claim approvals, technical issues, and policy clarifications. Communicate claim status with service advisors and customers as needed. Parts Management: Ensure warranty-replaced parts are tagged, stored, and returned to OEMs as per guidelines. Keep a track of scrap and salvage parts per the manufacturer's policy. Training & Policy Updates: Stay updated with latest warranty policies, circulars, and technical service bulletins from the OEM. Provide training or briefings to service staff regarding warranty coverage and changes. Audits & Compliance: Prepare and assist in warranty audits conducted by OEM. Ensure zero discrepancies in claims and full compliance with manufacturer standards. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of automobile systems and components Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System) software Ability to handle warranty disputes diplomatically Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering 1–3 years of experience in a service or warranty department (preferred) Familiarity with OEM warranty policies (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
