Service Advisor (TATA)

Job Description: As a Service Advisor, your main role will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and scheduling service appointments in a timely manner. You will be responsible for conducting initial vehicle inspections, preparing accurate cost estimates, and explaining the scope of work to customers. Acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, you will ensure smooth communication and provide regular updates on the status of their vehicle service. Additionally, resolving customer complaints and maintaining accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assess their service needs. - Schedule service appointments and ensure timely service delivery. - Conduct initial vehicle inspections and communicate issues with the service team. - Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain the scope of work to customers. - Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication. - Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle service. - Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - Experience as a Service Advisor for at least 1 year is required. - Work location is in-person.
