About Us

Karuna Ather is an authorized dealership for Ather Electric Vehicles, committed to delivering premium EV ownership experiences. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Erode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their service needs.
• Provide accurate job estimates, explain repair details, and get approvals.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and the parts department.
• Ensure timely completion of service jobs with quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain service records, prepare reports, and support workshop operations.
• Promote service packages and enhance customer retention.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Automobile / Mechanical (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in 2W / 4W / EV dealership.
• Strong technical knowledge of automobiles (EV knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
