Job Description

  • Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and create detailed job cards documenting the problem.
  • Provide professional advice on necessary service, maintenance, and warranty information.
  • Explain repair estimates, costs, and timeframes clearly to customers and obtain approval for work.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle's service.
  • Handle customer complaints and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.

Technical coordination and quality control

  • Communicate customer issues and service requirements to technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair.
  • Liaise with technicians to check on repair progress.
  • Perform final quality checks to ensure work meets Ather standards and the vehicle is clean before delivery.
  • Provide technical support to the service team and help ensure quality standards are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
