Service Advisor/ Service Executive

Role Overview: As a liaison between customers and the service department in the automobile industry, your primary role will involve communicating with customers to address their vehicle problems, provide repair timelines, and convey customer concerns to the service department. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills along with a sales-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism upon their arrival - Conduct road tests to identify and document vehicle complaints - Estimate repair costs and timeframes accurately - Allocate jobs to supervisors and oversee workflow management - Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repair jobs - Provide detailed explanations of the repair work completed, including parts repaired or replaced - Clearly explain repair costs to customers, distinguishing between chargeable and complimentary services - Ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers" satisfaction - Gather feedback from customers post-service and take corrective actions if necessary - Schedule future service appointments based on workshop capacity and available resources - Educate customers on maintenance best practices, service schedules, and workshop's value-added services Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the automobile industry - Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively communicate with mechanics, customers, and management Additional Details: The job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.,
