Job Summary:

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of service jobs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction & Job Card Preparation

• Greet customers and understand their service requirements or complaints.
• Prepare job cards accurately with detailed information on the requested service, estimated cost, and delivery time.
• Explain service details, estimated charges, and obtain customer approval before proceeding.

2. Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor job progress and update customers about service status and any additional work required.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and ready for delivery on time.

3. Quality & Customer Satisfaction

• Conduct a final quality check before vehicle delivery.
• Explain the work done and charges to the customer at the time of delivery.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate service records and update the system with job card and billing details.
• Prepare daily reports on service jobs, delivery, and customer feedback.

5. Upselling & Promotions

• Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, AMC plans, and value-added services.
• Support the service department in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a two-wheeler or automobile dealership.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HIRISE software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
