Job Opening: Service Advisor – General

* Location: Chaudhari Toyota Cars, Jalgaon

* Experience Required: 6 Months – 3 Years

Chaudhari Toyota is hiring a General Service Advisor to handle routine vehicle servicing and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand service requirements

Prepare job cards and coordinate with the workshop team

Ensure timely and accurate job execution

Upsell additional services and maintain service standards

Conduct post-service follow-ups and manage feedback

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or relevant field

6 months to 3 years of experience as a service advisor

Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and service procedures

Good communication, coordination, and customer skills

Computer proficiency (Job card systems, MS Office, etc.)
