About the Company:
We are hiring for an automobile dealership/service center in Kochi, seeking candidates to join as Service Advisors.

Job Summary:
The Service Advisor is the main contact for customers, handling vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth service process with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify vehicle service needs.
• Provide clear cost and timeline estimates.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Update customers on vehicle status.
• Suggest additional services or products.
• Address customer queries and complaints.
• Keep accurate service records.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Degree or Diploma
• Experience: 0-1 year in customer service, preferably in automobile industry (freshers welcome).
• Good communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems (preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
