Service Advisor – Car Dealership (Automobile Industry) Location: Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required: 1 to 6 Years (Automobile industry preferred) Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our car dealership service team in Bavdhan, Pune. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry and excellent communication skills to manage customer service requests and ensure efficient workshop coordination. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements. Open job cards and accurately record issues reported by customers. Coordinate with workshop technicians and ensure timely job execution. Explain service jobs, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers. Keep customers informed about job status, additional work, and approvals. Conduct vehicle delivery with job explanation and feedback collection. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain service records and update CRM systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1 to 6 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (car dealership preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of vehicle servicing, parts, and repair processes. Ability to manage customer expectations professionally. Working knowledge of service management software or DMS is an advantage.
