Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team at The Brew Barrels. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with a friendly attitude.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle bills, process payments, and return change accurately.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Upsell specials, beverages, or promotions when appropriate.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
