Job Description

We are looking for a polite, attentive, and well-presented Waitress to join our dining team. The role involves serving guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they enjoy a calm and comfortable dining experience that complements our Ayurvedic lifestyle concept.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Serve meals and beverages as per the preset menu decided by the kitchen team
• Communicate special dietary requirements or meal preferences to the kitchen promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before and after service
• Ensure guests’ comfort and respond to their requests promptly
• Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards of the resort

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest service preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude, good grooming, and a willingness to learn
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
