Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, including daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve orders efficiently and ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout their meal
• Check on customers regularly and promptly respond to their requests
• Process bills and handle payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g. drinks, desserts)

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash or point-of-sale systems
• A team player with a customer-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handler certification (if required by local laws)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
