Server Administrators

As an experienced Linux server administrator with 1 to 3 years of experience in web hosting and support services, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring servers using tools like cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, and Plesk. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health and performance of servers hosted in our datacenter in Spain, which caters to customers worldwide. You will also be required to provide round-the-clock support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage web servers, proficiently using Linux commands and working with or without server control panels - Handle tasks related to mail servers like Exim and Postfix, and have hands-on experience with server backend operations through SSH/Terminal - Provide timely and effective support to clients on a 24/7 basis - Work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night) to ensure continuous server monitoring and support - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English, as this is essential for client interactions - Knowledge of Windows server management will be considered an added advantage Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Linux server administration, particularly in web hosting and support services - Proficiency in managing web servers and using Linux commands effectively - Hands-on experience with mail servers and server backend operations - Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide support on a 24/7 basis Note: This position is specifically for web server administrators.
