Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.
Perform daily SAP system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning.
Manage SAP transport landscape, transport requests, and change management.
Execute SAP upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and system refresh activities.
Handle SAP user administration, roles, and authorization management.
Monitor SAP logs, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure high system availability.
Install, configure, and manage Windows Server and Linux-based server environments.
Perform routine server backups, restores, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Maintain server security, including firewall configuration, antivirus, and access control.
Implement and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Optimize server performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
Administer database servers (HANA/Oracle/SQL) supporting SAP and other applications.
Collaborate with network teams to ensure stable connectivity and infrastructure performance.
Maintain complete documentation for server configurations, changes, and DR plans.
Provide technical support for server-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.
