Job Description: You will be responsible for managing Windows Server operating systems and related hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Additionally, you will manage server roles and features such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services to ensure system availability and reliability. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory infrastructure, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions, and implementing Group Policies for a secure environment. You will also be tasked with installing, configuring, and managing Domain Controllers and DNS services. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related hardware. - Manage server roles and features, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services. - Design, implement, and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including forests, domains, and organizational units (OUs). - Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory. - Implement and manage Group Policies to ensure a secure environment. - Install, configure, and manage Domain Controllers (DC) and DNS services. - Implement and enforce server and network security policies and procedures. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server-related issues. - Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Develop and maintain scripts for server automation tasks. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Experience: Proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator or similar role, hands-on experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and DNS services. - Skills: Strong understanding of server and network concepts, proficiency in server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, experience with Group Policy management, knowledge of security practices, familiarity with server monitoring tools, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+ are a plus.,
