SEO Team Lead

As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and ranking of websites. Your role will involve understanding search engine algorithms, optimizing on-site and off-site elements, and providing recommendations for content development aligned with SEO goals. Additionally, you will be managing a team, tracking performance, and motivating them to achieve organizational objectives. You should possess a Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's) along with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in SEO. An in-depth understanding of search engine behavior, best SEO practices, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs is essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be advantageous. Keeping abreast of industry trends and demonstrating creativity in problem-solving are attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
