SEO Specialist

About the Role:

Magnet Brains Learning Foundation is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing YouTube and digital team. The ideal candidate will help scale our YouTube presence through strategic SEO, creative content input, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored for YouTube content.
• Optimize metadata, keywords, and playlists to improve video rankings.
• Analyze YouTube analytics to track growth, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure thumbnails are visually appealing and effective.
• Monitor competitors and implement best practices to stay ahead in the digital space.
• Support minor website updates related to SEO or content coordination.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate with a minimum of 65% in both 10th and 12th grades.
• Prior experience managing or supporting YouTube channels with a focus on SEO, analytics, and growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Canva and Photoshop.
• Understanding of engaging thumbnail design and performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of website handling and SEO-based content structuring.

Preferred:

• Experience in the EdTech or education industry.
• Freshers with relevant skills and a strong passion for educational content are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
