SEO Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert & Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Local SEO to improve our online visibility, generate leads, and drive targeted traffic to our website and local listings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, optimizing our online presence (especially Google Business Profile), and running digital marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences. Key Responsibilities:🔍 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)Conduct keyword research focusing on local and service-based terms. Perform on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, image alt texts. Optimize content for search intent and local queries. Implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, etc.). Create and manage a backlink-building strategy including guest posts and citations. Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. 📍 Local SEOOptimize and manage Google Business Profile (Google My Business). Ensure consistency of NAP (Name, Address, Phone) across all online platforms. Build and manage citations on local directories (Justdial, Sulekha, IndiaMART, etc.). Encourage and manage customer reviews on Google and other review platforms. Track and improve local map rankings and “near me” search visibility. 📈 Digital Marketing Plan and run local lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads. Track and optimize cost-per-lead and conversion rate from online ads. Create and manage social media content calendars and ad creatives. Collaborate with the team to create SEO-optimized blogs, service pages, and landing pages.
