About The Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at CreatorFox. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive keyword research, performing in-depth SEO audits, executing effective link-building strategies, and implementing on-page SEO tactics. Your role will involve analyzing web analytics to monitor website performance, optimizing strategies to meet business objectives, and staying current with the latest SEO trends and tools to maximize digital growth. You will collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets, contributing significantly to the company's overall digital marketing success.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess 6-8 years of experience in SEO, demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and content-driven aspects of search engine optimization. Proven expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, schema markup, and site structure is essential. Candidates should have a solid grasp of AI search ranking factors, LLM optimization, and entity-based SEO strategies. Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog is required. A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are necessary to interpret data effectively and implement actionable strategies. Certifications in SEO or related content strategy areas are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop long-term SEO growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage on-page SEO activities, including content optimization, internal linking, and ensuring UI/UX best practices.
- Oversee technical SEO aspects such as sitemaps, indexing, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and conducting comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns, digital PR, and authority-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
- Optimize content for AI platforms and large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Bing AI by leveraging entity SEO, structured content, and semantic optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce SEO-rich content that aligns with targeted keywords and user intent.
- Monitor and analyze search rankings, website traffic, conversions, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed SEO reports and conduct monthly performance reviews to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
