Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategies, particularly within the eCommerce sector. This role requires expertise in optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and integrate them effectively into website content.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to align with SEO best practices and enhance user engagement.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with the development team to ensure website architecture, mobile optimization, and page speed are optimized for search engines.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience and supports business objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
• Competitor Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
