Seo Executive

• Develop creative concepts and maintain consistent brand visuals across all mediums.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for both Khaitan Public School and Khaitan World School.

Digital Design & Creative Development

• Create designs for social media, digital ads, newsletters, emailers, website banners, and landing pages.
• Support performance and social campaigns with engaging creatives and multiple ad variations.
• Design templates for routine communication and marketing updates.

Print & Event Collaterals

• Develop print materials including brochures, posters, banners, standees, event backdrops, and signage.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for quality output.

Photo & Video Editing

• Retouch photos and enhance visual quality for events, campaigns, and special projects.
• Support video editing for short promotional content, reels, and montages.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, Academics, and Events teams to understand creative needs.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Provide creative support for school events, launches, and communication campaigns.

Workflow & Project Management

• Manage multiple design tasks with quick turnaround time.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand asset repositories.
• Stay updated with modern design trends and recommend innovative visual approaches.

Recruiting Points

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Premiere Pro and related tools.
• Strong sense of layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of converting abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and responsive to feedback.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.

• 13 years of experience

  in graphic designing, preferably in education, advertising, media, or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design capabilities (mandatory).
