About the Role

Off-Page SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Execute off-page SEO and link-building activities, including guest posting, niche edits, profile creation, social bookmarking, and directory submissions.
  
• Perform competitor backlink analysis using SEO tools and identify high-quality link-building opportunities.
  
• Research, shortlist, and evaluate websites for guest posts, brand mentions, and outreach campaigns.
  
• Create, optimize, and manage outreach templates and email communication.
  
• Build high-quality backlinks focusing on relevance and authority rather than volume.
  
• Track and maintain records of backlinks, referring domains, and link quality using Google Sheets.
  
• Submit content on platforms such as Medium, LinkedIn Articles, Quora Spaces, industry blogs, and other relevant websites.
  
• Collaborate with the SEO team to support off-page strategies and overall growth.
  
• Ensure all SEO practices strictly follow Google’s quality guidelines.
  

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SEO, link building, and off-site optimization techniques.
  
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
  
• Good written communication skills and ability to manage email outreach.
  
• Knowledge of anchor text strategy and backlink quality assessment.
  
• Understanding of dofollow vs. nofollow links and their impact.
  
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and social content posting.
  

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience during internship in outreach, backlink building, or content submissions.
  
• Familiarity with platforms like Quora, Reddit, Medium, and other community posting channels.
  
• Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  

Education

• Any graduate degree, or certification in Digital Marketing / SEO is preferred.
