As a highly organised and strategic SEO Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of content production, ensuring alignment with global and local SEO strategies, timely delivery, and upholding quality and brand consistency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the SEO team to develop content strategies tailored to global and local market needs. - Creating clear and comprehensive content briefs based on SEO insights and brand guidelines. - Coordinating with agencies and freelance writers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery. - Performing quality assurance on all content to ensure alignment with SEO best practices, tone of voice, brand standards, and overall quality. - Maintaining a content production calendar and meeting all deadlines. - Supporting localisation efforts by tailoring briefs and content requirements to regional market needs. - Tracking content performance and refining strategy with SEO analysts over time. - Developing and executing the content strategy in alignment with marketing and business objectives. - Leading the development of high-quality English-language content for the company blog and overseeing non-English language content. - Sourcing, onboarding, and managing freelance and agency writers from different regions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content plans supporting key initiatives, product launches, and audience engagement. - Optimizing content for SEO, organic reach, and engagement. - Developing editorial guidelines and best practices for internal and external contributors. - Staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new content opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in content management, SEO content production, or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, and keyword research. - Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, content performance analytics, and aligning content efforts with business KPIs. - Excellent project management and organisational skills. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones. - Proven track record of high-quality content production and editorial background. - Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Native-level English fluency; additional languages are a plus. In addition to the above requirements, it would be good to have: - Understanding of SMB challenges and opportunities in global expansion. - Background in content strategy within publicly traded or regulated companies. - Experience in a global or multi-market content environment. - Background in journalism, communications, or digital publishing. - Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Contentful.
