Job Title: SEO & SEM Executive

Requirements: Manage website search visibility, run high-performing paid ad campaigns, and optimise online presence across Google and social media platforms.

Location: Wisdom Matters, Sus, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time, On-site (No hybrid / No work-from-home)

Eligibility:

• Relevant education certification.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
• Command over English & Hindi (written and verbal).
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website pages, blog posts, and meta content for search engines.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Monitor, analyse, and report website traffic and performance using Google Analytics & Search Console.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing):

• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Create, plan and manage campaigns for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Track, measure, and improve ROI on ad spend.

Social Media Marketing:

• Plan, create, and post engaging content on company social media channels.
• Run paid social media campaigns and monitor performance.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare monthly performance reports for SEO and ads.
• Suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
