About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced SEO and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing team. In this role, you'll take charge of enhancing our online presence, managing social media platforms, and working closely with designers, developers, and content writers to deliver well-executed campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who’s passionate about building something long-term and contributing to a company's future growth

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, web developers, and content writers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing schedules.
• Conduct keyword research, website audits, and optimize web content.
• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Monitor SEO and social media performance and report insights regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and social media management.
• Hands-on experience working with creative and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools
• Proficient in managing content calendars and coordinating deliverables.
• Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
