We are looking for a skilled and experienced .Net Developer to our tea

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software systems using .NET, ASP.NET , and other .NET technologies.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and DevOps, to understand and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and development standards.
Identify areas for improvement in development processes and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:
