Senior/Lead Architect

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Architect based in Gurgaon, Haryana, with 6 to 12 years of experience, to work on-site for 5 days a week. As a passionate architect, you will have the opportunity to shape inspiring spaces and lead impactful projects in a forward-thinking design studio that values creativity and purpose. Your responsibilities will include leading architectural design processes from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver design excellence, preparing detailed drawings, documentation, and specifications, ensuring projects comply with regulations and sustainability standards, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a culture of design innovation. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, a strong understanding of materials, construction detailing, and site execution, as well as excellent communication and project coordination skills.
