Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Volume Hiring Recruiter located in Noida. The Volume Hiring Recruiter will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role includes developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, leveraging various sourcing channels, and participating in employer branding activities. Qualifications Experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates Strong expertise in coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate databases Knowledge of leveraging various sourcing channels and participating in employer branding activities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Experience in Staffing industry MANDATORY Show more Show less
