Associate Director Training- Contact Center

As an Associate Director Training at ProTribe Global, you will have the exciting opportunity to partner with a leading US-based Healthcare Process Outsourcing company. Your main responsibility will be to drive high-impact learning initiatives across their global contact center operations. In this strategic leadership role, you will be in charge of scaling training programs that directly affect performance, quality, and customer experience. Leading a team of trainers and instructional designers, you will spearhead continuous learning and operational excellence efforts. Your key responsibilities will include building and executing a comprehensive training strategy across all functions, managing and coaching a team of training professionals, designing and implementing engaging programs such as onboarding, product training, soft skills development, and leadership training. You will utilize Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, simulations, and analytics to ensure scalable impact and align training initiatives with key business metrics such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, compliance, and more. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10-12 years of experience in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within contact center/BPO environments. Strong expertise in international voice-based processes, particularly in US Healthcare, is essential. You should also possess proven skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training ROI measurement. Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Captivate, and Learning Management Systems is expected.
