Senior/Group Marine Health and Safety Coordinator

As a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Officer, your role is crucial in ensuring vessels and staff compliance in safety, health, quality, and environmental matters. Your responsibilities include: - Sharing of information through HSEQ Vessel Information Letter (VIL), Safety Flash (SF), and Instruction to Master (ITM). - Preparation of quarterly and six-monthly knowledge sharing sessions. - Conducting inspection analysis for NOCP, ISPS, OSM Thome Emergency Contact List, PSC, FSI, External Audit, Internal Audit, Right Ship Inspection, SIRE, CDI, HiLo Maritime Risk Management, Navigation Incident Analysis, Near Miss, Stop Card analysis, Navigation Audit, and VDR Analysis. - Providing support in creating VIL, SF, ITM documents as needed. - Collecting and updating monthly operational performance KPIs, maintaining health and safety data measurement and analysis records. - Creating monthly and quarterly presentations for operational performance KPIs using Insight (Power BI). - Ensuring regular updates to the KPI data sheet, including RightShip and Work Rest Hour Violation records. - Preparing Form 201 for monthly Management of Change (MOC) documents. - Maintaining the MOC detailed tracker excel sheet. - Presenting quarterly internal presentations on OSM Thome Group PSC, safety, and compliance reviews for onboard crew. - Participating in office internal HSEQ audits. - Updating and revising risk assessment library and drill templates. - Preparing the HSSEQ Gazette annual/quarterly plan and ensuring timely follow-ups for article submissions.
