As a Crew Documentation at OSMThome, you will play a crucial role in managing crew flag state applications for various flags such as Marshall Islands, Panama, Liberia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Denmark, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Portugal, Norway, Malta, and Cyprus. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely processing and obtaining Continuous Synopsis Record (CRA) as per Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements. - Uploading Flag CRA and full-term documents in Compass (crew system) and following up with flag state authorities for original documents, coordinating logistics for dispatch upon receipt. - Monitoring and ensuring the timely connection of all officers" flag state documents to vessels upon office receipt. - Ensuring that original flag documents reach the vessel before CRA expiry. - Collaborating with Crewing Operations Personnel in Charge (PICs) to coordinate the dispatch of original flag documents to vessels. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. - Preferably, Microsoft Office application training/qualification.
