As a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Officer, your role is crucial in ensuring vessels and staff compliance in safety, health, quality, and environmental matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely processing and obtaining Continuous Synopsis Record (CRA) as per Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements. - Uploading Flag CRA and full-term documents in Compass (crew system) and following up with flag state authorities for original documents, coordinating logistics for dispatch upon receipt. - Monitoring and ensuring the timely connection of all officers" flag state documents to vessels upon office receipt. - Ensuring that original flag documents reach the vessel before CRA expiry. - Collaborating with Crewing Operations Personnel in Charge (PICs) to coordinate the dispatch of original flag documents to vessels.
