Job Description

A proactive leader and team player with a can-do attitude and desire to learn:
5+ years of Yardi Voyager (7, 8 & Elevate) experience (essential)
Experience with MRI products (desired)
Experience with Commercial, Occupier, Investment Management & Facility Management service lines and related systems
5+ year of experience with SQL Server database (essential)
Experience with reporting tools (Yardi- YSR, Filldocs & SQL Script, MRI-Dashboards, Other-Power BI Views, DAX)
Experience troubleshooting Yardi Voyager issues front and back end, writing, and executing packages
Experience working with data & file transfer tools (API's, ETL interfaces, SFTP), Enterprise Data Warehouses, SSO environments (Okta),
Accounting and Property Management experience (desired)
SOX/ISAE3402 and process mapping experience (desired)
