Senior Workday Cross-Functional Analyst

As an Integration Specialist, your role involves driving the resolution of complex business technology challenges and providing support for assigned functional areas. You will research and resolve system-related issues, unexpected results, or process flaws, recommending solutions to meet requirements and maintain foundational data. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of upgrades or patches - Creating and maintaining custom integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services - Writing, maintaining, and supporting reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools - Conducting testing on integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability - Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting existing Workday integrations - Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation - Ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards - Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience - Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services - Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and related technologies for integration development - Solid understanding of HR business processes and experience implementing HRIS changes - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - Experience working on cross-functional project teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Your expertise in Workday integrations, technical skills, HR business process knowledge, problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and communication skills will be crucial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
