Senior WordPress Developer – Full-Time (On-Site) Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Company: PMcreaters Experience Required: 1–4 years Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Role Description PMcreaters is seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Senior WordPress Developer to join our on-site team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should be capable of customising themes and plugins, solving technical challenges, and ensuring high-performance websites. You'll work closely with designers and project managers to deliver fully functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites. Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites from scratch or based on existing themes. Customize themes and plugins according to business requirements. Debug and troubleshoot complex website issues and implement reliable fixes. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of WordPress installations. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements. Maintain documentation for development processes and updates. Stay updated with the latest WordPress and web development trends. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience as a WordPress/Web Developer. Strong command over WordPress , PHP , MySQL , HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript/jQuery . Experience in customizing and developing WordPress themes and plugins . Good understanding of WordPress hooks , filters , and REST APIs . Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility . Knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail . Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
