You'll work closely with designers and project managers to deliver fully functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites. Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites from scratch or based on existing themes. Customize themes and plugins according to business requirements. Debug and troubleshoot complex website issues and implement reliable fixes. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of WordPress installations. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements. Maintain documentation for development processes and updates. Stay updated with the latest WordPress and web development trends. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience as a WordPress/Web Developer. Strong command over WordPress , PHP , MySQL , HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript/jQuery . Experience in customizing and developing WordPress themes and plugins . Good understanding of WordPress hooks , filters , and REST APIs . Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility . Knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred).
