Senior Web Performance Manager

Role Overview

• Own and scale performance-driven web campaigns with a focus on delivery, lead quality, and revenue growth
• Work closely with quality publisher inventory to drive results across Tier-1 markets using CPL / CPA / CPS models

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale a strong network of quality publishers
• Drive consistent volumes while maintaining lead quality and ROI
• Optimize campaigns across multiple verticals including Auto Insurance, Solar, Home Improvement, Payday Loans, Sweepstakes, Travel, Entertainment, and Healthcare
• Manage delivery and performance across Tier-1 geographies (US, UK, CA, AU)

Eligibility / Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in web performance / affiliate delivery
• Proven experience working on CPL / CPA / CPS models
• Access to active, quality publisher inventory
• Prior exposure to Tier-1 markets is mandatory
• Ability to independently manage and scale campaigns with minimal supervision
