Senior Web Frontend Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Web Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and dynamic web applications using the React framework. You will collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration. Additionally, you will optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness, write clean and maintainable code following best practices, and debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. It is crucial to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and the React ecosystem. Moreover, you will mentor and guide junior developers, participate in code reviews, and work cross-functionally with various teams to drive forward results. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications using the React framework - Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration - Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices - Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and React ecosystem - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration - Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met - Work cross-functionally with various teams such as product management, QA/QE, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results - Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React - Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3 - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress - Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes - Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, etc. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns - Experience with modern build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services - Expertise in debugging, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
