Create responsive, cross-platform web designs optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability. Maintain and evolve our design systems and brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging web technologies. Mentor and guide junior designers; contribute to design reviews and team standards.
