Senior Voice Support Executive

As a Senior Voice Support Executive at a reputed BPO in Infopark, Kochi, your primary responsibility will be handling customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice calls. You will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by resolving queries, providing solutions, and adhering to process guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls - Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction - Accurately document customer interactions in the system - Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI driven) - Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BPO voice process - Graduation in any discipline - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM) - Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and provident fund.
