Senior Visualizer

As a Creative Design Lead, your primary responsibility will be to understand project requirements and offer creative guidance and inputs from conceptualization to final artwork. You will be tasked with visualizing and creating design concepts for event environments based on client briefs, ensuring accurate representation and attractiveness of ideas. Your role will involve creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI, while supporting designers in aligning design elements with client brands and assignment scopes. Additionally, you will lead the development of visually engaging graphic and visual designs across various mediums such as copy, video, animation, infographic, social media material, photography, and promotional assets. To excel in this role, you must collaborate closely with the creative team, copywriters, production, and client servicing departments. Your proficiency in using software applications like 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop will be crucial in modeling 3D forms and creating creative assets for social and digital media platforms. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a graduate or post-graduate degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Art, Design, or a related field, along with over 10 years of professional experience in a Creative agency or Design House specializing in events, brand environments, AVs, and motion graphics. Strong communication skills, the ability to convey complex concepts effectively, and a decisive, innovative mindset are essential qualities for success in this role.
